To qualify for an exchange, you must provide proof of the incorrect item received by emailing us photos of the product and packaging within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we verify the discrepancy, we will arrange for an exchange of the correct item.

3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or broken. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

• Email us at homesteadlights.mk@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order.
• Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging, including the shipping box(s).
• Once we review and confirm the damage, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Return Process for Exchanges and Refunds
If an exchange or refund is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We will cover return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items only.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline but may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
